Howitt’s main production facility is based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, on the outskirts of Nottingham just a few miles from Junction 28 on the M1.
Our state-of-the art plant has been purpose built for the production and handling of all types of direct marketing as well as the printing of brochures, magazines, catalogues and marketing related materials.
Our production capacity is phenomenal. Typically we operate a continental shift pattern on our web presses which means that they usually run six days a week.
We can for example produce 25,350 million personalised mail packs and 216,300 million personalised one-piece mailers per year. Our web presses produce over 2 billion A4 page on press per year. We can enclose nearly 5 million direct mail packs per week.
