We operate a continental shift pattern on our web presses that run six days a week. The rest of the facility operates five days a week. However we can always accommodate weekend working if required. Whatstation do I get from London to Sutton in Ashfield, and how long does it take? Trains depart London St.Pancras regularly and take approximately an hour and fifty minutes to Nottingham, where a connecting train to Sutton Parkway will take an additional 30 minutes. How long does it take to drive from central London, Leeds or Bristol to your site? London to Sutton in Ashfield - approx 2.5 hours Bristol to Sutton in Ashfield – approx 3 hours Leeds to Sutton in Ashfield – approx 1 hour How to find us Do you have an Environmental Policy? Our main switchboard opens at 08:00 and closes at 18:00, out of these hours your call will be redirected through our automated service which will make sure that you are put through to the right department. Out of hours just call as normal and follow the prompts. How quickly do you turnaround estimates? Ideally as quickly as you need them. Our Account Managers, along with our Estimating department will always try and ensure you receive your estimates efficiently on time. There may be times however when more time is required to work out the most economical or practical way of producing a solution. Sometimes this may require a bit more time. We will always try and accommodate your needs however and get back to you as quickly as possible. Who are your owners? The Company is privately owned by Nick Dixon, CEO, Rick Taylor, Finance Director and Mike Hunter OBE who is a non-executive Chairman. The three of them worked together and were shareholders in a similar business ,Colorgraphic, for over 8 years. Prior to that Mike owned HunterPrint and gave Nick his first job, and Rick was HunterPrint's auditor with KPMG. What happened to Patrick Howitt? Alive, kicking and partying hard in South Africa! Pat still emails the guys and occasionally meets up for a red wine or four! Is it OK to pass my job on press? Absolutely, we have excellent facilities to accommodate client visits – a home from home! Can you accept Quark files or do you prefer PDF’s? Whichever you prefer. We can accept any type of file. We have selective enclosing machines and camera matching for direct mail or transactional billing. In addition we also weigh every product at high speed to ensure it contains all the elements you require. How many C5 packs can you mail per week and can you do C4 enclosing? All of our eight enclosing machines can enclose into C4 envelopes. Total capacity is around 4.7m packs per week. Do you still do Scratchcards and Scented pieces? This is an important product range for us. We have been in the promotions market for over 20 years and have some unique and patented products that really enhance clients’ marketing and promotional campaigns.? How Do I send you a file? You can send a file to us by loading it onto our secure FTP site using our Vio file transfer system or by sending us a disc, which ever is the more convenient for you.
