Comprehensive automatic pre-flighting of all files is an integral part of our workflow. From the moment a file enters our doors you and your Account Team will be kept informed on its progress. Automated profiling identifies errors in file structure.
Skilled personnel with an in-depth knowledge of the production process carry out additional pre-flighting check. All files are verified for image resolution, fonts, colours and page geometry.

We can accept files by any method but our preference is to utilise our Vio IP-based file transfer system which enables you to transfer your pre-press files to us using ISDN, IP or through a simple web based interface through an existing web browser. No additional software needs to be installed on to your MAC or PC. We are then able to proof to whatever system or process you require.
