Howitt's publishing capabilities, digital, litho and web print quality and capacity and in-depth understanding of this sector are considerable.
In September 2006 we acquired £1.8 million turnover 100%color variable digital print and on-demand digital print specialist Eden Lithographic Reproduction which has been rebranded Howitt Digital.
On October 17th we were presented with the PrintWeek Print Company of the Year 2005 and Catalogue Printer of the Year 2005 Awards.

Web print
We have three Heidelberg M-600 web press production lines, two offering six colour production and one five color, with automatic plate loading and inline finishing, die-cutting and pattern perforating, remoist and impact gluing plus folder and sheeting facilities. Vitally, all our operators have been trained at the Mitsubishi Centre in Leeds to achieve the full quality and 50,000 impressions-per-hour potential of these amazing machines.
Sheet-fed print
Howitt have one Mitsuibishi 300 LX six color sheet fed press with UV coating facility for quality board or paper production
Digital print
Howitt offers 100% colour variable, database-driven digital marketing communication solutions. We also offer 'on demand' print solutions for fast turnaround of door drops, stationery, inserts, manuals, guides and training packs.
